Service Description

After completing the "Phoenix Rising Program", you can continue to work with Amelie to progress even further on your path to better health & happiness. Amelie will continue to work with you to create 6 additional tailored sessions to help you achieve your health goals. Your sessions may include gentle movement and stretching, trauma release exercises, guided visualisations, energy work, EFT Tapping, neural rewiring exercises and more, depending on your unique needs and goals. You'll receive a recording of each session so that you can practice in your own time.
