More about Fiona Goldsmith:

“I started my journey 30 years ago studying to be a yoga teacher at the world renowned YogaWorks in Los Angeles California. I created fascia release - a merging of modalities with an emphasis of releasing and improving the health of the fascia and using intelligent resistance stretching to free up the body and reduced pain! I was not a yoga body. I had tight hips and lots of uncomfortable bits… I was my first puzzle. Since then I have always felt the call to share the benefits with other challenged bodies … Parkinson’s, chronic fatigue, MS , RA … I created a class to teach people in chairs…. to help them experience better physical comfort in their body and find calm in their lives. My sessions are a mixture of relaxation techniques, Yoga, Pilates, Chi Gung , ‘awareness through movement’ and fascia release. I have always had clients who are injured, anxious or older, with less body confidence. I love beginners. My gift is making things simple.
