About the event
Join Melanie Joy for the perfect way to end your weekend, winding down for a restorative sleep before facing your week ahead. Allow Mel to guide your mind, body and soul into a slower pace through Pranayama breath work and Meditation, helping you switch over into "rest & digest" the optimal healing state.
