More about Paul:

Paul Holman was born in the UK and did his medical and psychiatric training at Cambridge and King’s College Hospital, London.

He came to Australia in 1980 and worked in addiction and general psychiatry until going into private practice in 1992. While still in the UK he was greatly influenced by the European and British traditions of Naturopathy and Homeopathy and on coming to Australia continued this interest by becoming a founder member of The Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine.

Biofeedback, especially in relation to the breath, had been part of his practice for many years but was brought into focus by meeting the pranayama teacher Sri Bala Ratnam in 1999. From Bala he learned powerful core techniques which quickly made a difference to his health and which have stood him in good stead ever since.

Paul is now semi-retired from medicine but is keen to pass on what he has learned over the years.

He lives in Hurstbridge with his wife Philomena and the local birds and kangaroos.
